New employees will gain a foundational understanding of rural electric cooperatives’ unique mission, structure, and values. Through engaging activities and real-world examples, participants will explore how co-ops operate, their vital role in local communities, and the principles that guide their work. The course also introduces the broad range of programs and services IEC provides to its members — from customized communication support and youth engagement to safety training and legislative advocacy.
