2026 Youth Programs Final Commitment Form

The 2026 Final Commitment form is due February 27, 2026.

This form allows Youth Coordinators to submit their cooperative's final student count for Camp Kilowatt and Youth Tour.

Please complete and submit this form only after you have received confirmed attendance from both the student and their legal guardian(s).

Each cooperative has the opportunity to send students to Camp Kilowatt at a cost of TBD. The cost covers the camp accommodations, food and general activities at the camp.

Youth Tour (June 14 - June 21, 2026)

Please add the name of each student that your cooperative is sponsoring for Youth Tour.

Each cooperative has the opportunity to send students on the Youth Tour at a cost of TBD per student. The cost covers all travel expenses from Indianapolis to Washington, D.C. as well as all meals, lodging, and scheduled activity fees. However, travel expenses to and from Indianapolis from the student's home and any incidental expenses incurred by the student are not included.
