Youth Power and Hope Applciation Favorite 2026 Youth Power and Hope Awards Application The Youth Power and Hope Awards recognize Indiana students in grades 5 through 8 who are making a difference in their communities through volunteer work, school activities, or service organizations like 4-H, Scouts, or church groups. Up to five winners will be selected to receive $500 and statewide recognition for their efforts.
