Jennifer Fedor
Human Resources Manager
Indiana Electric Cooperatives (IEC) named Jennifer Fedor as its human resources manager.
Fedor will play a key role in fostering an exceptional employee experience for both our staff and new recruits, while also serving as a valuable resource for our member cooperatives. She will also contribute to initiatives that support growth and engagement for our members.
“Jennifer’s exceptional background will be an asset to our member cooperatives and elevate IEC’s efforts as we help our members attract, retain and develop talent,” said John Cassady, CEO at IEC.
Fedor was previously a human resources business partner at Butler University. Before that, she served in similar roles at Indiana University (IUPUI) and DWA Healthcare Communications Group.
“Jennifer’s breadth of human resource experience and knowledge raises the bar for our member cooperatives,” said Michael Craciunoiu, vice president of training and development at IEC. “She will thrive in creating a community of knowledgeable electric cooperative human resource practitioners.”
Fedor is a graduate of Marian University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration human resources management. She also earned a graduate certificate in strategic communication from Butler University, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University, a certificate in change management from Cornell University, and a certificate in compensation studies from Cornell University.
