Indiana Electric Cooperatives named Cody Ikerd to its regulatory compliance team. He will serve the association’s membership as a regulatory consultant. His first day is April 13.

Ikerd will partner with member cooperatives to provide regulatory expertise and support that enables compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. 

Ikerd was previously a lead compliance safety and health officer for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration. There, he has conducted general industry and construction inspections while training new compliance officers in onsite inspections, hazard recognition, abatement strategies, and documentation. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in applied health sciences – safety science.
