At its most recent board meeting, Indiana Electric Cooperatives received funds from CFC and Utility Capital Solutions (UCS) to support education and youth programming.

Cooperative Educational Fund grants are distributed by CFC and UCS through electric cooperative statewide associations for a variety of educational efforts. Since the program’s inception, CFC and UCS have allocated more than $17 million to statewide associations, including $732,600 to Indiana. The funds will support a variety of education and youth programming from IEC, particularly the Youth Tour, a leadership experience in Washington, D.C., for rising high school seniors.
