David Sheets, senior vice president at Rush Shelby Energy, was recognized as the top co-op communicator in the nation by the Cooperative Communicators Association (CCA). Sheets was presented the prestigious H.E. Klinefelter Award during a banquet at the organization’s 2014 Institute in Pittsburgh.
