We are saddened to hear of the passing of Billy Woodsmall, Sr., retired director from WIN Energy REMC.  He also served as the Indiana Electric Cooperatives Director and President of the IEC Board.  Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Jeff Lee officiating.
