Indiana Electric Cooperatives (IEC) named Brittany DeWeese as its conference center coordinator.

DeWeese will oversee all conference center services, focusing on customer service while supporting the reception area and facilities. She will also support the government relations team with PAC record-keeping and event planning.

“Brittany has an ideal set of experiences and skillsets to serve the needs of our members,” said John Cassady, CEO at IEC. “We look forward to having her talents on the IEC team.”

DeWeese was previously a marketing communications coordinator at Apex Benefits. She has also been an active volunteer with the Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department and the Hendricks County 4-H program.

“Brittany will be able to step right in and make a difference,” said Deirdre Tiernan, chief financial and operating officer at IEC. “Her fresh perspective and new ideas will encourage great collaboration to benefit our members.”
